definitely one to remember. cus yes. i've said it alot of times, but it's the final concert for mojo jojo. cus she'll be graduating in a matter of 2 months i tink. sobssss!
started out with meeting at the band room at 10. imagine i had to lug jo's present [which is damn big FYI] and prevent her from seeing the present. macham like mission impossible. thank goodness jo's blurrrrrr!wahaha. i jus walked past her and dumped the present behind the curtains. wahahha.*sniggers
then packed the stuff to bring to VCH. which actually wasn't much. it ended up leaving the band room percs area in a total mess. lol. but anyways one grouch about being a percussionist is that. we can never have our hairs done, BECAUSE WE HAVE TO SHIFT PERC INSTRUMENTS!totally deprive us of beauty man. so me and jo were like sloggin it out throughout the whole way. smelly buggers. so envious seeing the pretty hair on the other band girls.
loaded the lorry and POOF we were in VCH getting ready. hmmm set up all these. and by then seriously shagged out. tested the sound system for VCH. and kept having those insecurities over the DREADFUL VARIATION 17!!!seriously, because that was the proof that we percs could play well you know.

aft changing getting ready. and in a blink of the eye the concert hall was filling up with people and shiaaaaaaaaaaaat i was getting nervous again. lol. as always. did the perc tradition of saying prayer and boooom!off we went. and one note: the hall was almost full house!wahahaha!we managed to sell the tics!
to put it in a nutshell ar. the first half was rather okay. not our best. but it was good. and plus. AFTER HEARING THE RECORDING!we sounded quite together for VARIATION 17!mission accomplished!i was so darn happy aft hearing the recording and i shall hope that my ears did not play a prank on me, cus it was quite late when i heard it. duno if my brain was still functioning that time lol.
and tadah!the first half was just over. went out to take pictures with the gang. and soon it was the 2nd half le!
second half was much better than the first half, not that the first half sucked, but we seriously could have done better. anyway i played well for hobbits!!!i was so happy!but the most tiring part was running to the timpani straight after 5 variants, and running back to the drum set after hobbits. wahh!if i hadn't taken off my heels, i tink i would trip and fall sia. lol.
disney went well. only cocked one that same part AS USUAL!wahaha. but it was overall okay. den came the encore song. omg!really felt like darn sad when they announced all the year 3s' names.
oh btw. me and jo tink that someone was darn handsome that day!!!!!!!omg!even cindy tinks so. hahaha!

headed back to school where there was an anxious 20 mins of finding the card that i bought for jo!and it ended up that jo had seen the card lying around[but she didn't see the contents] and put it in my bag. when me and wl heard it, we were abit T_T. duno how to say. haha. then gave her the present and oh boy. did she lurve it!!!!!!!!

went to lao pa sat. AS USUAL! to eat. haha. and oh yeah while buying drinks something funny happened. there was this guy who was behind us queuing for the drinks. me and joyce were waiting for the drinks to be served. and this guy suddenly said:
"i'll pay for your drinks"
i was freaking shocked. was thinking in my head. is this what it means by hitting on girls. wahh i thot this guy was drunk or what man. and then i said noneed. but he insisted. den he asked us to look behind. and guess who i saw. MY DAD T_T. i was like freaking stunned. cus i thot it was a punk'd joke you know. haha.
it ended up with the guy introducing me as my cousin kenny. and seriously never seen him before. haha. so shocked. but woohooo he's quite good looking eh. hahaha. xD finished supper and we all headed home!
and i gotta rush my rwp report!shall give my afterthoughts of this concert soon!
