it all boils down to time management. i remember joyce telling us that even though there's a test or exam the next day, we should still come for band because we should have studied for it before that day. although i didn't study the day before, i could still manage my time.
i seriously don't see why this batch of year 1s cannot undertake the pressure. IMO, the standard of the passion of the section has gone down a lot. what happened to the 'die die also come band' attitude?

time management people. it all boils down to time management. i already told u guys that committment is important for a band member. now one by one everyone is telling me all these shitty excuses. really wanna take a day off and rant right into them
learn that. it's not the school's fault for giving so much homework. rather it is ur lack of time management that gets everything down.
men should not accept our destiny, we should choose it.
never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.
