jus a quick blog. =D

i have a psychology presentation to do, and i've yet to touch it. zzz im soooo dead la. the worst ting is that i dun wanna tie down the group. so I SHALL do it after i finish blogging

HALLELUJAH!the day of death beckons upon us. because today is the first day of the NEW GST RISE!

anyways tests are coming up the next week and kor's wedding is next sunday!have yet to get clothes for it yet man!so i feel like buying a nice pair of jeans to go with my shirt so that i can wear my prada bag!xD so xian shall go jeans shopping with me.

went to NP's concert ytd. very different from the past NP concerts i've been to. and haha i realised that i have been to every single NP concert since i graduated from BBSS. because cindy is inside, so as a fan club member i must go there and support her. lol. but the funny ting is that i wasn't too high ytd. only screamed her name once man!

repertoir was quite okay. alot of james swearingham songs hor. and the music is quite tune-friendly. jus that i wasn't very impressed with the whole band together. alot of individual good players, but funny ting is that when they come together and play, it feels weird. mebbe im being too critical. but jus a penny for my thoughts. [sorry if i offend any NP people, jus saying my honest comments]

marching season by the percussion section was okay. tink we played better in year 1. cus i tink this time the keyboards covered everything. so i cant hear all the instrumentation. but NP is sooo lucky!they have 5 timpanis. haha. and double of every instrument. mallets got double. wah so not fair. SP is so stingy. jus buy another marimba or xylo for us can!i dun mind not having the fifth timpani =D

cindy played flute for marching season. LOL. totally couldn't hear her at all. but at the parts where i can really hear her. she played well. but that's jus my biased comment?haha. but the best piece of the whole concert was andante cantabile. because the flautist who was playing it played it so beautifully. omg. although the song is short, but still very nice!!!!

about another month more and it'll be IBM concert. by then, cindy will come to my concert to support me. hahaha. but i will be more of a bystander than a player. there's too many percussionists in SP already!!!!

men should not accept our destiny, we should choose it.
